The Sin of Pre-Marital Sex and the Defraudation of your Sexual Partner

The Sin of Pre-Marital Sex and the Defraudation of your Sexual Partner

1 Thessalonians 4: 3-6 ;

“For this is the will of God, your sanctification, that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God; that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother (or sister) in this matter…”

1 Cor. 6:8 ;

“Nay, you do wrong and defraud one another, and you do these things to your brethren!”

Hebrews 13: 4 ;

“Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but fornicators and adulterers God will judge.”

What ever excuses we want to make, the Bible couldn’t be clearer here. I entered in to marriage the Heathen way, and it took me years to become aware of the effect this had on my marriage. For women, who are far more sensitive to the process of sanctification than men, it becomes clear much more quickly. And while women are being trained now to become aggressive sexually and even to use their sexuality for their own purposes, they are the ones that pay the highest price.

Gentlemen, you were created to lead, not to abuse your responsibility by defrauding your partner, no matter how willing they may be. It is not loving or kindness to defraud a young girl or any girl. I’ve seen the tenderness in young people who had self control and patience and it is preferable to the way of the Goyim. Don’t get me wrong, we’re in a fallen world and no matter how you enter into a relationship, you will have trouble. But by following God’s rules, you will obtain his blessing and also secure for yourselves some protection.

But the main thing is you are defrauding each other, and there is no getting around that. As Martin Luther might have said. Crap or get off the pot…you shouldn’t milk the cow without buying it, it’s theft, and ultimately it won’t secure each others happiness. Your are taking advantage of the person, selling them short. Are you afraid of committment? Life is full of risks, how risky is it to break God’s plan of sanctification? If you have found a girl who is kind and has courage and she’ll put up with you, then maybe it’s time to pray about marrying her. If you are both committed to God’s Word, you will never regret it. I’m not telling you to rush into marriage, but do not rush into sex. Why are you in the relationship? The goal should be marriage, best look it in the eye and face it. Sex is fornication outside of marriage; thus sayeth the Lord, no matter how loopy our culture is.

If you are already involved then back off; or get married, don’t try to game it.

Have a great day.
